Restorative Therapeutic Wellness Services

Stephanie Mamantov is a certified sound bathing and vibrational therapy practitioner. In 2022, she added these restorative modalities to expand her therapeutic yoga and Yoga Nidra meditation practice. 

She is an expert in working with cancer patients and empowering them to take charge of their health. She volunteers to work with bariatric patients at Medical City North Texas locations as a meditation and chair yoga instructor. She is passionate about helping all people embrace greater health and wellness.  Her therapeutic and restorative practices help her private clients overcome pain, increase flexibility, gain strength and improve their quality of sleep.
